How does your consignment work?

  • You will call and book an appointment with us first, then when the appointment comes, you will come to the store with your items. Once you arrive, one of our associates will go through your items, and discuss what we can and can't take. You will then go over our contract, stating that we will have the items in store for 90 days, and when the 90 days are over, you have the choice to pick up your items and cheque. The cheque is a 40/60 split. You would receive 40%.

Where can I find specific items? 

  • You can find everything we post on our facebook and instagram on our website, www.closetcravings.ca. You can then find your desired item, and purchase it online. Your order can then either be shipped to you, or you can pick it up at our store.

How can I consign? 

  • Seasonal drop offs are by appointment only. Appointments to consign can only be booked by calling the store at 519-956-9977, to schedule a date and time.

How do I consign my luxury items? 

  • Luxury items like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci must be brought in for our specialist to assess and appraise these items. At that point, you will receive an email with suggested pricing, and commission rates. You can then decide if you wish to sell the items in the store or pick them back up.
